Meeting & Pick-up Procedures
We ensure a seamless start. For Hotels, your driver meets you in the lobby; for Apartments, at the main entrance. For Airport or Port arrivals, we monitor your flight or cruise in real-time. Look for your personal driver at the arrivals hall or gate, holding a sign with your name.
What to Bring & Preparation
Comfortable Walking Shoes: Essential for climbing the stone steps of the Great Theater and the many steps of the Palamidi fortress.
Sun & Weather Protection: The sites are open and exposed. Bring a hat, high-SPF sunscreen, and sunglasses. Also, bring a light jacket if your tour takes place in Autumn or Spring.

Please note that for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of a non-show, the deposit is non-refundable.”
