1. Transfers (Airport & Port)

Where do I meet my driver? For Airport arrivals, your driver will be waiting at the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with the “Sea to Sky” logo and your name. For Port arrivals, the meeting point is right outside the disembarkation area.
What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed? Don’t worry! We monitor all flight and ferry schedules in real-time. Your driver will be there at the actual arrival time, at no extra cost.
Is the transfer private? Yes, all our services are 100% private. You will not share the vehicle with anyone else, ensuring a comfortable and direct ride to your destination.
Do you provide child car seats? Yes, we prioritize safety. Please inform us via WhatsApp or email during your booking about the age/weight of the child, and we will have the appropriate seat ready.

2. Tours & Sightseeing

Are entrance tickets included in the tour price? No, the tour price covers the private transfer and the guided route. Entrance fees to archaeological sites (such as the Acropolis/Parthenon) are NOT included and must be purchased separately. We recommend booking your tickets online in advance to avoid long queues.
What are the highlights of the Athens City Tour? Our tours focus on the iconic landmarks of the city. You will see the Parthenon and its monumental entrance, the Propylaea, along with other historical treasures of Athens.
What should I wear for the tour? Comfortable walking shoes are essential.
Note: If your tour is scheduled for Autumn or Spring, we highly recommend bringing a light jacket, as the weather can be breezy, especially at higher points or near the coast.

3. Bookings & Payments

How can I pay for the service? We offer flexible payment options including cash to the driver or secure card payments. Contact us for more details on your preferred method.
What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the service. For late cancellations (less than 24h) or no-shows, a 100% fee applies.
