1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES (INTERMEDIATION)

The website www.tour-me.gr is an electronic intermediation platform. Our activity is limited to facilitating the booking of vehicle-hire services and the organization of tour programs. It is explicitly stated that tour-me.gr does not operate as a travel agency, but acts as a link between the User and the final service providers. Use of this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. PAYMENT METHODS & TRANSACTION SECURITY

Completion of a booking requires the payment of a deposit or the total amount through the following secure methods:

• Bank Transfer: You can deposit the amount into our Eurobank account: IBAN: GR0902601590000840101038996 (Please include your full name or booking reference number in the transaction details).

• Credit / Debit / Prepaid Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Payment can also be made via contactless card use. For online transactions, you only use the card number, expiration date, and CVC2 code.

• Transaction Security: All payments made by card are processed through the electronic payment platform of the partner bank, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with SSL protocol. tour-me.gr does not have access to your full card details.

• Payment Failure: In the event of a payment issue not caused by our company, we reserve the right to refrain from providing the service without any liability or notice.

3. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY (PRIVACY POLICY)

tour-me.gr fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data We Collect: Full name, nationality, telephone number, email, flight/vessel details, pickup point, and destination. Card details are processed directly by the bank and are not stored on our servers.

• Purpose of Collection: For the confirmation and execution of your booking, informing you of changes, and compliance with tax obligations.

• Disclosure to Third Parties: Your data is shared exclusively with the final provider/driver for your service. We do not sell or provide your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

• Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations > 24 hours: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the service, the full deposit amount will be refunded.

• Cancellations < 24 hours: If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start or in the case of a “No-Show,” the deposit is not refunded, as it is retained as compensation for the reservation of the vehicle and the driver.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & EXTERNAL FACTORS

• Scope of Responsibility: The liability of tour-me.gr is strictly limited to the interior of our vehicles. We bear no responsibility for injuries, losses, or incidents occurring outside the vehicle (e.g., at archaeological sites, restaurants) throughout the duration of the tour.

• External Factors: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to traffic congestion, third-party accidents, strikes, road closures, or extreme weather conditions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & GOVERNING LAW

All content on this website is the intellectual property of tour-me.gr. This agreement is governed by Greek Law, and the Courts of Athens are designated as the competent authorities for any disputes.
