For your return journey, we will pick you up directly from your Hotel or Airbnb lobby. Please ensure you are ready at the pre-arranged time. We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight departure to ensure you have plenty of time for check-in and security at the airport.
Arrival Pick-up & Waiting Time
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall, right after the baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands, so you have plenty of time for passport control and luggage.
Flight Tracking & Delays
We monitor your flight’s status in real-time. If your flight is delayed, do not worry—we will adjust our pickup time accordingly at no extra cost to you.
Luggage & Child Seats
Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage for all passengers. If you have oversized items (like bikes or surfboards) or if you require a child/booster seat, please inform us in advance so we can prepare your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
“We offer maximum flexibility for your peace of mind. You can cancel your tour and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of a non-show, the deposit is non-refundable.”
