Important Transfer Details
Departure & Return Transfer Details
For your transfer to the port, we pick you up directly from your Hotel or Airbnb lobby. Please be ready at the pre-arranged time. We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 2.5 to 3 hours before your ferry departure, as these ports are further from the city center and traffic can vary
Arrival Pick-up & Waiting Time
For your transfer from the port, your driver will be waiting right at the arrival pier where your ferry docks, holding a sign with your name. We offer 30 minutes of free waiting time from the moment the ship arrives, so you have plenty of time to disembark.
Ferry Tracking & Delays
We monitor all ferry schedules in real-time. Since sea travel can often be affected by weather conditions, we automatically adjust your pickup time if your ship is delayed, at no extra cost to you
Luggage & Child Seats
Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage for all passengers. If you have oversized items (like bikes or surfboards) or if you require a child/booster seat, please inform us in advance so we can prepare your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
“We offer maximum flexibility for your peace of mind. You can cancel your tour and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of a non-show, the deposit is non-refundable.”
