Meeting & Pick-up Procedures
We ensure a seamless start. For Hotels, your driver meets you in the lobby; for Apartments, at the main entrance. For Airport or Port arrivals, we monitor your flight or cruise in real-time. Look for your personal driver at the arrivals hall or gate, holding a sign with your name.

Sun & Weather Protection: The site is open and exposed. Bring a hat, high-SPF sunscreen, and sunglasses. Also, bring a light jacket if your tour takes place in Autumn or Spring.

“We offer maximum flexibility for your peace of mind. You can cancel your tour and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of a non-show, the deposit is non-refundable.”
