Important Transfer Details
Departure & Return Transfer Details
For your transfer to the Marina, we pick you up from your Hotel lobby or the Airport. We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 1.5 to 2 hours before your departure, depending on the Marina’s location, to ensure a relaxed boarding.
Arrival Pick-up & Waiting Time
For your transfer from the Marina, your driver will be waiting at the specific pier or the Marina’s main entrance. We offer 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup.
Schedule Tracking & Updates
We stay in contact with you or your crew. If your yacht’s arrival time changes due to weather or port traffic, we adjust our schedule at no extra cost.
Luggage & Child Seats
Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage for all passengers. If you have oversized items (like bikes or surfboards) or if you require a child/booster seat, please inform us in advance so we can prepare your vehicle.
What’s Not Included
Gratuities (Optional) (Tips for your professional driver are not included but are greatly appreciated if you enjoy the ride)
Extra Stops & Detours (Any additional stops or changes to the destination not pre-arranged during booking may incur extra charges)
Food & Beverages (Meals or snacks are not provided, though complimentary bottled water is always available on board)
Cancellation Policy
“We offer maximum flexibility for your peace of mind. You can cancel your tour and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of a non-show, the deposit is non-refundable.”
